First Assignment
Tired or exhausted, those are two words that can describe what I am feeling right now. I just got back from campus after teaching for almost 4,5 hours non stop. The schedule was not supposed to be like this. Originally I only teach one class on Monday and another class on Tuesday. But on Tuesday, some of my students in my Data Mining course can not attend my lecture because at the same time they also have another course to attend. So my Data Mining course was then moved to Monday after my Analysis and Design of Information System. Thus now I have to teach two courses on the same day.
At fist I was so convinced that I could teach two courses with little effort. But I was wrong because before you can teach you should read the materials. After that you should also make your own presentation so your students will have something to read at home. The lecture was really interesting as there were many questions asked by my students. I was surprised as I did not expect so many questions. What made it more interesting was that all of the questions were good ones and not just regular ones. This means that my students have good concentration and able to understand what I am talking about. At the end of the lecture I then gave my student a continuous assignment. They will have to write a post on their blog each time I have completed a lecture. They are free to express their writings in Indonesian or English, but surely in English is more preferred. I gave them one week to do each post, so they would have much time to think and write.
